Especially the non-revs. Scholarship limits will no longer mean anything to those programs that have big booster programs ... which is where 95% of the sponsorship money will come from.

"We can only give you a .25 scholarship ... BUT, we have sponsors chomping at the bit to pay you". Programs will now likely hire marketing folks just to support athlete revenue. It will not be a significant part of the recruiting package. Now that the non-revs have a legitimate way to pay these athletes, there is nothing to stop the big time programs from buying the top athletes.
